Federal prosecutors including Joe Thompson resigned following political interference in investigations into the ICE shooting of Renee Good and a massive Medicaid fraud case.Minnesota filed a lawsuit against the USA after federal agents used tear gas on protesters during an immigration crackdown that resulted in over 2,000 arrests since December.The mass resignations occurred as the Trump administration blocked the DOJ Civil Rights Division from the probe into the death of Renee Good.
