The Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority launched an investigation after a helicopter crash killed five people on Mount Kilimanjaro on Wednesday.Simon Maigwa confirmed that the fatalities included two foreign tourists, a local doctor, a mountain guide, and the pilot.The aircraft operated by Kilimanjaro Aviation went down at an altitude of approximately 4,700 meters during a medical rescue mission.
