Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni will proceed to a trial on May 18 after settlement negotiations collapsed during a private session at a Manhattan courthouse on Wednesday.The legal battle began when Blake Lively filed a $550M lawsuit accusing her co-star of sexual harassment and a smear campaign during the production of the film "It Ends With Us".Justin Baldoni denied the allegations and saw a $400M countersuit against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds dismissed last year while lawyers may still call Taylor Swift as a witness.
