Donald Trump signed a $1.2 trillion spending bill on Tuesday to end a four-day partial government shutdown in the USA.The Consolidated Appropriations Act funds most federal agencies through September but provides only a temporary extension for the Department of Homeland Security until February 13.Lawmakers must now negotiate reforms for Immigration and Customs Enforcement following the fatal shootings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti by federal agents in Minneapolis.
