Department of Homeland Security agents are facing scrutiny for tracking protesters following the fatal shooting of nurse Alex Pretti by federal officers in Minneapolis.Late-night hosts Jon Stewart, Jimmy Kimmel, and Stephen Colbert condemned the killing after video emerged showing Pretti was filming agents and protecting a woman when he was shot.The Trump administration has labeled Pretti a terrorist despite evidence that agents seized his legal firearm before the shooting, which follows the recent death of Renee Nicole Good.
