Ilhan Omar suggested Donald Trump suffers from dementia after he claimed to not think about her despite criticizing her Somali heritage during an Iowa rally.The confrontation followed an incident where Anthony James Kazmierczak sprayed Ilhan Omar with apple cider vinegar using a syringe during a Minneapolis town hall.While Anthony James Kazmierczak remains in custody on assault charges, Capitol Police reported that threats against members of Congress reached 15,000 cases in 2025.
