Prosecutors launched a homicide investigation into five doctors after Antonella Di Vita and Sara Di Vita died from suspected food poisoning in Campobasso.The victims were reportedly discharged from Cardarelli Hospital twice despite severe symptoms before being admitted on their third visit when they both succumbed.Italian authorities are also investigating separate fatal crashes near Catanzaro and Genoa that killed Pietro Fontana and a bus driver.
