Chinese companies highlighted investments and technologies including solar farms in the Gobi Desert, battery storage facilities in South Africa, and electric vehicle manufacturing by BYD in Brazil. Despite these advances, China maintained a cautious diplomatic stance, opposing increased aid to developing countries and avoiding aggressive emissions cuts while focusing on economic interests like tariff removal on green exports.
