Israeli military officials dismissed a reservist after he intentionally ran over a praying Palestinian man in the West Bank, amid separate attacks that killed two in northern Israel.The reservist was placed under house arrest and his weapon confiscated following what authorities called a severe violation of authority captured on video.These events coincide with a Palestinian assailant killing two civilians in a car-ramming and stabbing spree across Beit Shean and Afula before being shot dead.
