Dry Conditions Return to California Following Historic Rainfall

Drier conditions and Santa Ana winds are expected across California following persistent rain and coastal flooding.The NWS reports that downtown Los Angeles received over 14 inches of rain since October, while Northern California saw heavy totals reaching 6 inches in Santa Cruz.Roger Gass noted that while winds will increase, fire danger remains low due to heavily saturated soils following recent storms.
