Brian King Joseph Sues Will Smith for Sexual Harassment

Brian King Joseph filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles against Will Smith and Treyball Studios Management alleging sexual harassment and wrongful termination.The former contestant on America's Got Talent claims Smith groomed him for sexual exploitation before an unauthorized hotel entry incident occurred in Las Vegas.Defense attorney Allen B. Grodsky called the allegations baseless while Joseph seeks damages for economic loss and post-traumatic stress disorder.
