Carney Affirms Oil Competitiveness Following Removal of Maduro

Mark Carney confirmed Canadian oil will remain competitive globally following the removal of Nicolás Maduro from power in Venezuela.Speaking at the Canadian Embassy in Paris, Carney also noted that peace negotiations for Ukraine involving Volodymyr Zelensky are nearly 90 percent complete.The federal government plans to expand oil exports through new pipelines to the coast as the USA prepares a ceasefire monitoring mechanism.
