Nathan Baumann, Joy Gibson, Seth Sikes, Lynette Sharp, and John Thomas pleaded guilty to terrorism-related charges after ambushing officers outside the Prairieland Detention Center using fireworks and semiautomatic rifles. FBI Director Kash Patel stated this is the first case charging material support to terrorism related to antifa, with the five facing up to 15 years in prison.
