Authorities launched an investigation after a construction crane collapsed onto a passenger train in Thailand, killing at least 22 people and injuring 80 others.The disaster occurred in the Sikhio district of Nakhon Ratchasima province during work on a $5.4 billion high-speed railway project.Piphat Ratchakitprakan ordered the probe after the train derailed and caught fire while traveling from Bangkok toward Ubon Ratchathani.
