USA Breaks Gold Medal Record at Milano Cortina Winter Games

The USA Olympic team surpassed its all-time record for gold medals in a single Winter Games after Kaila Kuhn, Connor Curran, and Chris Lillis won the mixed team aerials event in Italy.This 11th gold medal at the Milano Cortina competition broke the previous American record of 10 golds established during the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics.While the USA total medal count reached 30, Norway continued to lead the overall standings with a historic 17 gold medals.
