Mark Allen Geralds is scheduled for execution by lethal injection for the 1989 murder of Tressa Lynn Pettibone, a crime for which he was convicted and initially sentenced to death in 1990.Geralds will become Florida's 18th execution of 2025, setting a new state record and making him the 45th inmate executed in the U.S. this year.
