Viaplay skips dividend as 637m kr loss follows Allente acquisition

Viaplay reported a 637 million kr loss for the fourth quarter following the full acquisition of the Allente Group.The board proposed no dividend for 2025 as full-year sales fell 5 percent to 17.6 billion kr for the entertainment company.Jørgen Madsen Lindemann remains optimistic about future growth, projecting up to 400 million kr in annual synergies by 2027.
