Authorities increased security across Taipei after Chang Wen killed three people and injured eleven during a series of coordinated attacks involving fires and smoke grenades.The 27-year-old suspect, who had previously evaded military reserve training, fatally stabbed victims at a metro station and a department store before jumping to his death.
