The electricity grid operator Enedis and the transmission system operator RTE reported a technical incident at the RTE substation in Issy-les-Moulineaux caused a blackout affecting approximately 170,000 households across Île-de-France.Electricity was restored to 112,000 homes within five minutes, and the remaining 2,600 households regained access around 9:20 a.m., while an investigation is underway to determine the exact technical cause.
