Michael Sullivan and the US Capitol Police are investigating after an 18-year-old man was arrested for attempting to breach the USA Capitol with a loaded shotgun.The suspect was apprehended while wearing a tactical vest and gloves after parking a white Mercedes vehicle containing a gas mask and a Kevlar helmet nearby.Authorities confirmed the unidentified individual was not previously known to law enforcement as detectives work to determine a motive for the attempted attack.
