Meta is launching an upgraded feature for its Hyperscape technology enabling up to eight people aged 18 or older to join a shared virtual room with Meta Quest 3 or Quest 3S VR headsets or the Meta Horizon mobile app.The update moves rendering to the devices, adds audio for richer interactions, and will gradually roll out over the next few months requiring users to rescan physical rooms to create shareable versions.
