Supreme Court Likely to Uphold Transgender Athlete Bans

The USA Supreme Court is expected to uphold state bans on transgender athletes in Idaho and West Virginia following oral arguments on the matter.Brett Kavanaugh and other conservative justices questioned the fairness and biological advantages of including transgender girls in female sports during the hearings.The DOJ participated in the legal challenges which center on whether sex-based classifications in sports constitute illegal discrimination against transgender students.
