Volodymyr Zelenskyy Says USA Security Pact Ready for Final Signing

Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that a security guarantees document between Ukraine and the USA is ready for signature following trilateral negotiations in Abu Dhabi.The agreement will move to the USA Congress and the Ukrainian parliament for ratification once a formal signing ceremony is scheduled.While the security pact is complete, negotiators from Ukraine, the USA, and Russia remain divided over territorial control and the status of the Donbas region.
