Tracee Mergen Resigns as DOJ Blocks Probe into Fatal Shooting in USA

FBI supervisor Tracee Mergen and six senior prosecutors resigned after the DOJ blocked a civil rights investigation into the fatal shooting of Renee Good by an immigration officer.Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche maintained the shooting by Jonathan Ross was justified while the Trump administration shifted the legal focus toward the victim and her wife.The DOJ is also investigating Governor Tim Walz and other Minnesota officials for allegedly interfering with federal immigration enforcement.
