Donald Trump described indirect nuclear negotiations with Iran in Oman as a very good start while warning of serious consequences if a new deal is not reached.The talks followed a period of heightened tension including USA strikes on Iranian facilities and were accompanied by new sanctions targeting the Iranian oil industry and 14 shadow fleet vessels.Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi confirmed that discussions will resume next week despite ongoing disputes over uranium enrichment and the scope of the diplomatic agenda.
