The "Mona Lisa Bible", a rare 15th-century illuminated manuscript, is on display in the Italian Senate as part of the Vatican's Holy Year celebrations. It was commissioned by Duke Borso D’Este and is known for its luxurious illustrations and gold pigment. The Bible, created between 1455 and 1461 by calligrapher Pietro Paolo Marone and illustrators Taddeo Crivelli and Franco dei Russi, will be available for public viewing until January 16.
