Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson received the first-ever Gotham Musical Tribute at the Gotham Awards for their performances in the musical "Song Sung Blue," which is set for theatrical release on December 25.Jackman and Sutton Foster, who began dating after working together on "The Music Man," made their red carpet couple debut at the Los Angeles premiere of "Song Sung Blue" in October.After the awards ceremony, Jackman and Hudson led a karaoke singalong of Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" at a New York pub to celebrate.
