Federal Judge Fred Biery ordered the release of five-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos and his father Adrián Alexander Conejo Arias after their detention by immigration agents.The administration of Donald Trump must free the pair from a Texas facility by Tuesday following outrage over claims that agents used the child as bait to lure his mother.While authorities claim the father fled, attorney Marc Prokosch stated the family from Ecuador entered the USA legally in 2024 to seek asylum.
