Clas Ohlson announced the acquisition of a majority stake in the e-retailers Phonelife and Reservdelaronline, bringing Teknikmagasinet into its group.The deal includes acquiring 70% of the shares initially with an option for the remaining 30% later, and the purchase prices are based on multiples of EBITA and EBITDA for Phonelife and Reservdelaronline respectively.
