Marius Borg Høiby Arrested Again Ahead of High-Profile Oslo Rape Trial

Norwegian police arrested Marius Borg Høiby on Sunday evening for assault and violating a restraining order just before his scheduled trial in Oslo.The twenty-nine-year-old son of Mette-Marit Tjessem faces thirty-eight charges including four counts of rape and domestic violence against several former partners.Haakon Magnus and Mette-Marit Tjessem expressed sympathy for the seven victims but confirmed they will not attend the proceedings which could result in a sixteen-year prison sentence.
