Keir Starmer has urged Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to testify before a USA congressional committee following the DOJ release of 3.5 million documents regarding Jeffrey Epstein.The files include photographs and emails suggesting the former prince maintained contact with the financier until 2011, contradicting his earlier claims of ending the relationship in 2006.A second woman has also come forward alleging a sexual encounter at Royal Lodge in 2010 followed by a private tour of Buckingham Palace and tea.
