Terms of Service
Last updated: May 19, 2026
TID.news ("TID", "we", "us", or "our") is an automated, multilingual news aggregator based in Stockholm, Sweden and operated by Dario Dario AB. We continuously gather publicly available articles from third-party news sources, group related reports into evolving stories, and generate short summaries using automated systems, including artificial intelligence. Every story links back to its original sources. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TID.news website and its feeds (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
TID.news does not produce original journalism. We index headlines and short excerpts from publicly available sources, organise them into stories, and present automatically generated summaries in several languages. The Service is provided for general information only and is offered free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features, feeds, or content at any time without notice.
Automated and AI-generated content
Summaries, translations, groupings, and tags on TID.news are produced automatically, including by large language models. Automated content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and may not capture the full context of the underlying reporting. Summaries are not a substitute for the original articles. You should always consult the linked original sources before relying on any information, and you use automatically generated content at your own risk.
Third-party content and intellectual property
Headlines, excerpts, links, and other material attributed to third-party publishers remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify and point to the original reporting. Trademarks, logos, and brand names shown on the Service belong to their respective holders. If you are a rights holder and believe that content on TID.news infringes your rights, please contact us at mail@tid.news and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.
Accounts and sign-in
Some optional features may require you to sign in. Sign-in is passwordless: you can authenticate through a third-party provider such as Google or Apple, or by requesting a one-time sign-in link sent to your email address. We never create, receive, or store passwords for you. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your sign-in and for keeping access to your email and provider accounts secure. We may suspend or withdraw access to optional features at any time. How we handle account data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service or substantial parts of it on a systematic or commercial basis without our permission; or
- remove, obscure, or alter source attributions or links.
Links to other websites
The Service contains links to third-party websites and sources that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, and you access them at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on aggregated or automatically generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to highlight them. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
