France is returning a 70-million-year-old Tarbosaurus bataar skeleton to Mongolia, an Asian relative of the Tyrannosaurus rex.This fossil, looted from the Gobi Desert and trafficked via South Korea, was seized by French customs in Gannat in February 2015.Public Accounts Minister
