Man Dies Following Police Shootout in Hinsdale

A man has died at Berkshire Medical Center following a violent shootout with law enforcement in Hinsdale on Wednesday morning.The suspect shot a sergeant in the hand and hit a police chief's vest before being fatally shot in the head during a struggle.This fatal confrontation follows a separate incident on Tuesday in Oakland where a police officer discharged a weapon during a stolen vehicle arrest.
