Man Arrested for Murder of Aurora Livoli in Milan

Authorities arrested Emilio Gabriel Valdez Velazco following the murder of 19-year-old Aurora Livoli and an earlier assault in Milan.Valdez Velazco remained in Italy despite two expulsion orders and a prior conviction for sexual violence because of medical unsuitability for detention.This case follows a series of violent incidents across Italy, including a child abuse case in Catania and multiple assaults at train stations.
