Donald Trump plans to build a 76-meter golden arch in Washington to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the USA.The Independence Arch is designed to be the tallest in the world and will surpass the height of the Lincoln Memorial.Construction is scheduled to begin within two months near Arlington National Cemetery despite the current lack of a building permit.
