Mark Carney will join residents in Tumbler Ridge for a candlelight vigil following a mass shooting that resulted in nine deaths and 25 injuries.The 18-year-old suspect, Jesse Van Rootselaar, killed two family members at home before fatally shooting six children and an educational assistant at the local secondary school.Royal Canadian Mounted Police officials are investigating the motive and the weapon source as the community criticizes a lack of mental health resources.
