Prime Minister Mark Carney is set to visit Tumbler Ridge after an 18-year-old former student killed nine people and injured 25 others during a shooting spree.Jesse Van Rootselaar murdered two family members at home before targeting Tumbler Ridge Secondary School, where six students and a staff member were killed before the suspect died.The Royal Canadian Mounted Police confirmed they had previously seized firearms from the suspect's home during mental health calls, but the weapons were later returned to the owner.
