Russell Brand Pleads Not Guilty to New Sexual Assault Charges

Russell Brand pleaded not guilty to new charges of rape and sexual assault during a hearing at Southwark Crown Court in London.The allegations from 2009 involve two women and follow earlier charges involving four others between 1999 and 2005.A trial is currently scheduled for June and is expected to last between four and five weeks.The 50-year-old actor denied all accusations of misconduct and told reporters he felt "blessed" while arriving at court.
