Ray J remains hospitalized in Las Vegas for pneumonia and heart pains following a recent arrest and a massive debt lawsuit.The 44-year-old singer William Ray Norwood Jr. allegedly threatened his estranged wife Princess Love during an Instagram Live session and owes American Express over $139,000.This medical emergency comes years after a life-threatening bout of pneumonia in 2021 and coincided with the filming of a reality show called Celebrity Hitchhiker.
