The Guardian is collecting passenger experiences after Eurostar cancelled all rail services following a major breakdown in the Channel Tunnel.The operator Getlink reported that a power supply failure and a stalled vehicle shuttle trapped thousands of travelers between the UK and mainland Europe.Passengers such as John Paul faced lengthy delays as travelers were advised to seek refunds amid widespread New Year travel disruption.
