Pakistan security forces killed 145 militants during a 40-hour counterterrorism operation following coordinated attacks across Balochistan that left at least 48 people dead.Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti confirmed the deaths of 31 civilians and 17 security personnel after the Baloch Liberation Army targeted military installations and public infrastructure.Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi accused India of backing the insurgents as the USA recently signed a $500M investment deal in the province.
