Vincent Chan pleaded guilty to 26 offenses involving sexual assault and abuse of children at Bright Horizons nursery, targeting four girls between ages two and four, and admitting to producing and possessing at least 25,000 indecent images and videos.A Metropolitan Police investigation led to Chan's arrest after a safeguarding report, and Bright Horizons has since closed with a review of its safeguarding measures announced.
