Refund Claims Open Following Amazon $2.5 Billion FTC Settlement

#WashingtonDC, #USA
Eligible customers can now file for refunds after the FTC opened the claims window for a 2.5 billion dollar settlement with Amazon. The legal action follows allegations from 2023 that the retailer used deceptive practices to enroll millions into Prime subscriptions and made cancellation difficult. While many received automatic payments in late 2025, those who used Prime benefits fewer than ten times per year must submit a form by the deadline.
