New York Court Postpones Hearing for Nicolás Maduro and Cilia Flores

A New York court postponed the upcoming hearing for Nicolás Maduro and Cilia Flores from March 17 to March 26 after prosecutors from the DOJ cited scheduling and logistical difficulties.The legal proceedings follow the January 3 capture of both Nicolás Maduro and Cilia Flores by the US military during an operation in Caracas.Both individuals previously pleaded not guilty to federal drug trafficking and smuggling charges during their initial court appearance on January 5 following their transfer to the USA.
