The EU Court of Justice advisor Tamara Capeta recommended overturning the release of €10B in frozen funds to Hungary because of insufficient rule of law improvements.Opposition leader Péter Magyar simultaneously alleged that Viktor Orbán's government is conducting a "Russian-style" blackmail operation involving a secret sex video featuring Evelin Vogel.While Viktor Orbán called the potential loss of funds absurd, government officials including Zoltán Kovacs and Gergely Gulyas have declined to comment before the April election.
