At least 31 people died and 170 others were injured after a suicide bomber targeted the Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra imambargah in Islamabad during Friday prayers.Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari condemned the massacre as major medical facilities like PIMS Hospital declared a state of emergency.Security officials suspect that Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan or the Islamic State are responsible for the deadliest bombing in the capital since 2008.
