Fourteen nations and several international organizations condemned Mike Huckabee after he suggested Israel has a biblical claim to land stretching from the Nile to the Euphrates.The joint statement from the Arab League and the GCC described the remarks made on a podcast hosted by Tucker Carlson as a violation of the UN charter and international law.Following the diplomatic fallout, Qatar Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi to discuss regional de-escalation and negotiations with the USA.
