Two Die as 6.5 Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Mexico
At least two people died and approximately 12 others were injured after a 6.5 magnitude earthquake struck southwestern Mexico on Friday morning.The epicenter near San Marcos in Guerrero state caused the destruction of about 50 houses while residents in Mexico City evacuated amid seismic alerts.Claudia Sheinbaum suspended her press conference during the tremor which was followed by more than 500 aftershocks but no tsunami warning.
