Bobby Nunez of stealing government property after he towed an
ICE vehicle during the arrest of
Tatiana Mafla-Martinez in
Los Angeles.
Rebecca Harris and
David Menninger argued Nunez moved the vehicle to clear a driveway, while
Bill Essayli claimed the act was a brazen attempt to interfere with federal agents.
